I could not have asked for someone better. Will and Michael were both very professional, quick to respond and made this the easiest process I’ve ever experienced. I dealt primarily with Will.
Will made me feel extremely comfortable with the home sale process - from obtaining current market information, to understanding my needs and desires, he walked through everything in detail.
Will went above and beyond by also having the foresight to recommend that I obtain a power of attorney as I would be travelling while the house was listed. Although I thought the probability was low the house sold while I was away (at a price that was well within my tolerance or acceptability) so I’m thankful he was wise and experienced enough to ensure everything was prepared for closing. The house closed so quickly and in addition, they were able to get multiple offers so that I felt comfortable that the house did in fact close at a great sale price.
Will answered all my queries with patience and provided expertise that I trusted. He took my calls at all times and was always available to ensure I was happy with the process.

Will is an extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest realtor. You would think the process would be very difficult and nerve racking, however Will made it very easy every step of the way. It was my first home that I sold so I really didn't know any of the processes at all. He helped me stage the home beautifully with his recommendations, like repainting the place and furniture placement. My home never looked more inviting. The photos we used were extremely professional.
He also helped me understand the paperwork involved by spending the time with me and explaining everything very transparently. (From putting your home on the market to completing the sale).
